Exceptionally comfortable beds, a new carpet, it's own balcony and a kitchenette in the room. Particularly good location, minutes from all the sights, such as a palace and main street;)))

I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. Its location was marvellous, so close to Kensington garden, Hyde Park and underground stations. The staff were accommodating, consistently courteous, did all they can for a very relaxing stay.

The location was perfect for a weekend in London. Approx. 5 minutes walk from Paddington train station and just as far to Hydepark. A good residential area. Restaurants and supermarkets are plentiful on the way from the train station. The room had a small kitchenette with a fridge (unfortunately there were no pots and pans) which was very functional and practical. Our breakfast dishes were washed by the staff or replaced with clean dishes daily. Luggage will also be kept on the day of departure on request. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The small kitchen has no pot, so the stove cannot be used. But that was not important for us, so we did not ask for pots.

It is completely unclear to me how all the positive reviews came about, from which I was also guided. I have been in hotels for years and have only recently started rating hotels. In the meantime, I am simply no longer willing to accept such quality for expensive money. Not even in London, where a price of 150 GBP without breakfast is certainly one of the lower hotel prices. However, one should at least be able to expect cleanliness. Here, there is a clear checkout at tourist expense and no necessary renovation work is carried out. The quality of the equipment and the cleanliness of my room were really bad. Everything completely shabby and the shower in the bathroom even moldy. Simply disgusting. The light switch in the bathroom hangs from the ceiling as a metal cable, in the middle of the entrance door to the bathroom. A nightly trip to the toilet can literally be eye-catching. On my complaint at the front desk, I was even kindly confirmed that some rooms were in need of renovation. As I said, the friendliness of the staff should be emphasized, the quality of at least the room I rented cannot compensate. Disappointing.

Very large family room with an integrated kitchenette hidden behind a cupboard door. . The room was really big - especially for London standards. It is equipped with a double bed and a fold-out sofa bed. The mattresses of the bed were perfect, a fold-out couch is of course not a real bed, but it was completely ok. The general cleanliness was good. Coffee (Nespresso) is always free and unlimited at the reception, otherwise soluble coffee in the room. The hidden kitchenette, which we hadn't even seen, was very clean and well equipped. If you want to make something to eat yourself, this goes quite well. (However, there is no real dining table in the room). Paddington is a beautiful district with great houses. The proximity to Hydepark is very nice and the city center can be easily reached by bus or metro (both within walking distance). You could even walk to Oxford Street in about 30-40 minutes.
The bathroom is very large, but unfortunately unheated. The shower is unfortunately open at the bottom, the water runs into a drain in the middle of the bathroom, so that after showering the entire floor of the bathroom is wet. That was not optimal. But for one night - in our case - not so dramatic. The carpet in the main room looks a bit stained, although it appears to be vacuumed well. But it is probably not unclean. The real shortcoming is that at 13 pounds per person (unless you have it in the tariff, like we did) a joke. You get a tray with packed ingredients (fresh croissants after all) in the room. You have to order the ingredients the day before. If breakfast is not included, it is better to have breakfast around the corner. The 4-stars are certainly not appropriate, probably refer to the size of the room alone, but it was completely ok for one night, especially since we had a good tariff. More than 150, - at the weekend would be usury even in London ..

Room was very nice and comfortable. One room for 209 pounds was a good value for London.
Carpet in room needs to be repaired or replaced.

Nice staff that were very helpfull, cosy room with a nice bed and all the things you need, not to far from Paddington Station and the subway, Near Hyde Park.
Exspensive breakfast that serves to your room, not much to choose from. Would recomend that you use the small kitchen in your room and by the things you like from the nearby food stores. Not so sound isolated.

Pretty close to the airport, 12 miles. Recently refurbished, comfortable quiet room with a private bathroom and a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The beds were comfy, and the location was perfect...
